These appear on every voucher PDF. The name, phone and website lines are drawn as text over the logo, so editing them here changes the next voucher — no new image needed.
Where the badge sits on the photo half of the card. Generate a preview to see it — the numbers are points on a 720×405 card.
Both files must already be uploaded to the website. Paste the address of each below — the voucher builder fetches them when it makes the PDF.
The photo is fitted to cover the card at its own shape, so it is never stretched. It only slides as far as there is photo to spare — zoom in for more room.
The card as it will be issued, drawn from the settings above — including any you have not saved yet. Nothing is recorded and no voucher is issued.
Updates as you drag, and this is the actual card — the same drawing becomes the PDF, so what you see here is exactly what the client receives.
To put this on the website it needs to replace
wp-content/uploads/2026/07/voucher-mock.jpg, which
the gift voucher page and the home page both use.
Tick the box above, press Download PDF, then send the file to Laurent to publish — the dashboard cannot write to the website itself.
Built from the same badge and photo as the voucher, on the right canvas for each use. They follow your settings above, so the brand stays in step.
The profile picture is always flat — every platform crops it to a circle, so a photo would only survive in the corners nobody sees.
One therapist per guest; every session is followed by 30 minutes of cleaning and restore time.
These defaults prefill the open-day form AND let clients book future days before you open them (held as "awaiting confirmation"). Set staff to 0 to switch advance booking off.
Yoga runs on selected days only — group classes with limited instructors. Set the day, class times, instructor and spots per class; clients book through the Yoga view on the booking page. Saving the same date again updates it.
One flyer often carries several packages — list each as its own option below. They all share the flyer and end date, appear on the booking page and in the treatment dropdown under "Specials" immediately, and disappear after the end date.
The draft as it will print. It says DRAFT because the invoice number is only assigned when you generate — nothing has been saved or used yet.
Only these emails can sign into the learning portal at www.orientalspa.co.za/learning. Groups control who sees which modules and classes (leave blank = everyone). Saving an existing email updates it.
A module is a chapter of self-paced learning. Add materials to it: YouTube videos (embedded), PDFs (uploaded), NotebookLM links with a summary, or plain notes.

Generates a printable A4 certificate and records it with a serial number (OS-CERT-year-###). Important: a QCTO-aligned competence certificate may only be issued if Oriental Spa is an accredited Skills Development Provider for a registered skills programme — use Attendance or Completion otherwise.
Changes are saved here first. Publish updates the Our Spa Menu page — live about 2 minutes later. Treatments marked bookable also appear in the online booking list.
Feature sections show the photo full width with a tier list. To get tiers, write the price line as Name | duration | price ; Name | duration | price — e.g. Express Refresh | 15 min | R150 ; Wellness Boost | 30 min | R250. A plain price line still works.
Sign out removes a device's access until it signs in again. Block stops it signing in at all — use it for a lost or stolen phone.
This is the standard price list. A student can be quoted differently before their registration link is sent (Details → Quote). Fees are locked onto each student's record when they register — a later change never alters what an enrolled student already agreed to.
Prospective students who filled in the enrol form on the training page. Each has a SpaRequest ticket. Set a status and add notes as you follow up.
Students who completed the registration form (via the link you sent). Each has a SPA-STUD id and can sign into the learning portal.
Website visitors who asked for a yoga session. Flow: gather requests → Check with Vera (emails the instructor) → Propose a time (emails requesters to confirm) → confirm each → it goes to the calendar. Instructor email set via the YOGA_INSTRUCTOR_EMAIL property (defaults to info@).
Companies asking us to come to their office. These are off-site — they never take a room or a slot on the day calendar, so they live here rather than in Bookings. Flow: New → call them → Send quote (emails the estimate) → Confirmed → Completed. Changing the head-count re-prices it at today’s rates and logs the change.
These are the options and prices the website form offers, per person. Save & publish does the whole job: it saves these prices, puts the Corporate item in the full-width feature slot on the spa menu, and pushes the page live. (Save prices alone updates the booking form and the menu item but does not publish.) Leave To empty for a single price; fill it in for a range (e.g. 350 to 450).
The prices printed inside the poster image are part of the picture — changing them here does not change them there. If you change a price, upload a new poster on Our Spa Menu too.
This is a once-off step for your developer — you should not need to touch it. The developer creates a fine-grained GitHub token on the Oriental-Spa organisation — Repository access: orientalspa_plat_brack_2026 only; Permissions: Contents: Read and write and Issues: Read and write (Issues is what website feedback files into) — and connects it here. It is stored securely on the server; after that, this tab simply shows the site's images with a Replace button.
These are the pictures used across the website. Replace one with a new photo of the same format (jpg for jpg) and similar shape, max 3 MB — the file name stays the same so every page keeps working, and the site updates about 2 minutes after you save.
Every booking the system has recorded. Tap any row to open it and edit — the same as on the day calendar. Corrections here are the source of truth; use the day’s Re-publish report afterwards if you need the emailed report and spreadsheet to match.
The owner can tidy completed records in the spreadsheet (therapist, commission, room, status, notes). This pulls those edits back in — you review each change before it’s applied. Times and dates are never changed here.
Rebuilds the PDF from that day’s bookings, overwrites the date’s rows in the spreadsheet, and emails it to admin@ (cc info@). Use after tidying records above so the emailed report matches.
